A rare opportunity to visit the Manor gardens which are not normally open to the public and are being opened specially for the Club.

Please find detailed directions below for our visit to Hardwick Hill house, Priors Hardwick, on Monday 17th June 19. Please could you be there for 6:30 pm, cost is £5 per person which will include refreshments, our host says she has a few plants spare that she has left over for sale. We will not be parking on the property, as parking is limited, with kind permission of the owner of the Butchers Arms Restaurant we shall be parking on their car park as it is not open on Monday evenings. It is only a 3 to 5 minute walk to the property. For those with a Sat Nav the post code is CV47 7SN for the restaurant. For those without, directions are as follows:

Make your way through Fenny Compton, cut across the A423 heading towards the village of Wormleighton, after going through Wormleighton, about three quarters of a mile you will come to the only turning to your left sp Priors Hardwick, you will pass an HS2 compound just off this junction. Proceed along this quite straight road for 1.5 miles. As you come to the village just past the village sign, glance to your right and you will see a very large Copper Beech tree, and behind it is a driveway to a large white house this is Hardwick Hill. You will then go round four very sharp and very narrow consecutive bends, as you come off the fourth bend (there is a white cottage on your right) start to indicate left, and bear left down a dip into the village centre, as you emerge from the dip the car park is on your right.
Walking back towards the property, walk back on yourselves up the dip, bear right and walk around two of the sharp bends and you will see Mark standing at the side entrance to the property. CAUTION there are NO footpaths and the road is very narrow so please be aware of any traffic.
